REFUND POLICY
Murder Mysteries Inc endeavour to provide customers with fair return services to ensure customer satisfaction.
A refund will not be provided if:
You have changed your mind about a party pack
You bought a pack by mistake
You can no longer access your download because time has elapsed (we recommend that you download your pack as soon as you purchase it)
You do not have the expertise to use a pack (if this is the case we will help you via contact us)
Our prices change
If there are human errors in any pack. We will attempt to rectify these so that a refund is not necessary
You input the wrong email address so that you are unable to receive your download upon purchase
You do not own the technology to use the pack
